Hand-crafted copper and bronze vases in the Roycroft tradition. All are hand chased by Roycroft Master Artisan Ron VanOstrand in his Western NY Studio. Vases in this folder are 2" in diameter or smaller
These rings were just produced today for this weekend's Roycroft Summer Festival. They are size 7, but can be sized down. They retail for $180. They are sterling silver with copper roses and are hand engraved.
Fresh from the studio in time for Valentines Day - Inquire directly from our Contacts Page from our website if you are interested in one. These will also be at the Arts and Crafts Conference at the Grove Park Inn. After that you can purchase from one of our local galleries including the Roycroft Coppershop Gallery.
They retail at $105 for the mini-drop and 20" chain, or just $75 for the mini-drop alone. Refer to them as dragonfly, rose, gingko 1, or ginkgo 2 (because there are two).
In my tradition of previewing items for The Arts & Crafts Conference at the Grove Park Inn hear are some in progress shots of a limited run vase... And a pencil holder that will be in the silent auction.
These are mini-drop pendants. About 1 cm in diameter they will have a jump ring to attach to a chain. They are modeled using a combination of fabrication (sawing and soldering), chasing, and hand engraving. The final product will be patinated silver (to contrast the higher elements from the lower recesses).
I had a student by this weekend for a private tool making lesson. He had several tools already but lacked a maker's mark (stamp). So while he was busy shaping some tools as instructed, I took 30 minutes out to engrave an end of the tool steel for a makers mark for him. He was quite pleased.
Here are a couple of new pendants from the engraving vise. These will be introduced at the Arts And Crafts Conference at the Grove Park Inn, Asheville NC in February. They are of course also available as a custom order in advance. Enjoy!
